Biography:

Leslie is from Burley, Idaho where she started her cheerleading journey. Leslie has 5 years of cheerleading experience and 15 years of coaching. She has a strong background in cheerleading and coaching, which includes technical stunting, competing, and squad placements. Her previous experience includes being the varsity assistant at Mt. View High School, Rocky Mountain High School, Bishop Kelly High School, and Skyview High School. Throughout her coaching career, Leslie has helped lead teams to UCA & NCA camp championships, national titles in California, qualifying for state in multiple categories as well as placing at state. Leslie’s experience as an athlete, coach, and education professional gives her the passion and professionalism to continue to build this program to the next level. She looks forward to building relationships with her athletes at practice, games, etc. as well as being there for when her cheerleaders or parents need her. Go Wolves!

Biography:

Sherry is from Idaho Falls, Idaho, where she began her cheerleading journey at Bonneville High School, serving as team captain and leading the team to multiple state appearances and placements. After graduating, she coached at Rocky Mountain Middle School-Bonneville's feeder team-for three years before continuing her own cheer career at the College of Southern Idaho. She was captain both years at CSI, leading the Golden Eagles to multiple bids to Nationals at NCA/USA camp and a placement at UCA Nationals in California. During this time, she also choreographed for competition teams and work with high schools across the region through camps and clinics. In addition to cheer, Sherry has a background in dance and acrobatics, including a season performing acrobatic troupe and two years dedicated to aerial skills. 

Now, in her 5th season with Timberline and her 8th year coaching overall, Sherry has helped the Wolves become the only Boise School District program to qualify for the State Cheer Championships each of the past four years. 

With experience as both an athlete and coach, and a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Boise State, Sherry brings a passion for fostering leadership, growth, and confidence in her athletes. She strives to inspire them to pursue greatness in all that they do, to continually improve, to believe in their capabilities, and to opportunities where others see obstacles. Sherry looks forward to continuing to build this program and uplifting the Wolves to the next level. Go Pack!
