Lady Wolves won their initial District III tournament game. Timberline lead 1-0 due to an Eagle own goal. Eagle tied the game a few minutes later from a corner kick set piece. With five minutes to play in the first half, Madie Cahue found an open spot in the box and placed a left footed shot into the net. That proved to be the game winning goal. Timberline dominated the scoreless second half with two attempts hitting the post and crossbar.
