Timberline and BK traded touchdowns in the first half and remained knotted at 7 until the fourth quarter. Mitchell Peirsol had a hat trick in the 4th quarter to break the game wide open. He followed up his first half TD, with a touchdown from the 2 yard line with 11:00 to go. BK made it to the 11 yard line on the next possession, but could move no further before being stopped on downs. Peirsol bounced outside for a 58 yard TD (his third of the night) to push the lead to 20-7 with 5 minutes to play. On the next BK possession, Seth Millington intercepted a pass and ran it back inside the BK red zone. Peirsol pounded in his 4th TD to give the Wolves a 27-7 lead with under 3 minutes to go. Timberline improves to 3-0 on the season and will travel to Middleton next Thursday before beginning Pod Play against Borah on the 25th.
