The Timberline High School Varsity Tennis Team won the First Annual 2019 Timberline Team Tennis Invitational with wins over Mt. View 9-2, Parma 9-2 and Boise High School in the final 6-5. The championship match was tied at 5 matches each with only a boy’s doubles match remaining. Senior Tanishq Khurana and junior Matt Verschoor, after splitting the first 2 sets, won the deciding super tie-breaker 10-7 to win the dual match and the overall event for Timberline and keep the school undefeated on the year.
