The 2016 District Track Meet was hosted by Meridian High School on May 12-13.
The following Timberline Athletes Qualified for the State Tournament:
BOYS:
Terek Zimmerman in the 100 (3rd) and in the 200 (3rd). Mitchell Peirsol in the 200 (7th). Garrett Calhoun in the 800 (6th). Zimmerman, Roberts, Piersol, and Hamrick in the 4x100 Relay (2nd) and the 4x200 Relay (3rd). Stamper, Marta, Huff, and Calhoun in the 4x800 Relay (3rd). Justin Lawrence in the High Jump (5th). Joey Manibusan in the Triple Jump (8th).
GIRLS:
Carissa Kalpakjian in the 100 (7th) and 200 (6th). Presley Roldan in the 800 (5th). Sophie Stands in the 1600 (7th). Diana Stepanova in the 300 Hurdles (4th). Coprivnicar, Briseno, Mayo, and Kalpakjian in the 4x100 Relay (4th). Destiny Begin in the Pole Vault (8th).
